| 摘 要： | 基于模糊理论对城市电网供电能力进行评估时，需要解决的两个关键问题：一是建立模糊评估隶属函数，二是因各因素的影响程度不同，需确定其权重。介绍了隶属度函数确定的基本方法；并用改进的层次分析法确定权重，该方法将构造判断矩阵的方法进行改进，从根本上消除不一致数据，简化计算过程，得到权重向量。最后通过算例对区域供电能力进行分析，验证了该方法的准确性和可行性。

| Abstract: | When evaluating the power supply capability of distribution networks based on the fuzzy theory, there are two important issues. The first is the fuzzy model, and the second is the importance of various related factors. Firstly, the fuzzy model of membership function is introduced in this paper. Then the AHP is improved. Finally, the correctness and feasibility of this method is proved by a case calculation of some power distribution network based on the proposed method. |
