| 摘 要： | 分析了生产物流系统四种主要建模方法,即连续时间微分方程模型（控制理论模型）、离散时间差分方程模型、离散事件仿真模型和运筹学模型的优缺点和适用范围.建立了在制品库存的控制理论模型,据此评估了系统的三个主要行为：需求预测、生产周期、库存补充原则对在制品库存的影响,以达到均衡生产,提高企业及时送货能力的目的。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses four main modeling methods in production logistics system：continuous time differential equation models（control theory models）,discrete time differential equation models, discrete event simulation models and operational research models.Their respective advantages and disadvantages and scopes of application are presented.The paper constructs control theory models in inventory control.On the basis of the model,the paper evaluates the influence of demand forecast, production cycle and inventory replenishment on the inventory.With the help of the model,the enterprises achieve balanced production and prompt delivery. |
