| 摘 要： | 职业生涯规划已成为大学生的一个重要课题,它帮助大学生在了解自我的基础上确定自己的职业方向、目标,并制定相应的计划,避免就业的盲目性,为个人走向职业成功提供最有效率的途径。高等院校应高度重视大学生的职业规划教育,通过开展大学生生涯规划辅导,帮助大学生合理进行生涯规划,增强适应未来社会环境的能力。

| Abstract: | Career planning has become a significant subject of college students, which can help college students confirm their own professional direction and aim and set corresponding plans based on self-understanding to avoid blindness. The planning can provide the most effective way leading to individual vocational success. The universities should pay special attention to college students' career planning. The universities should help students arrange their lives reasonably to strengthen their abilities to adapt to future social situations by carrying out career planning instruction. |
