摘    要:本文以内生经济增长理论为依据,利用有效劳动投入的柯布-道格拉斯生产函数模型,采取定量分析的研究方法,探讨了近年来华东地区两省一市通过教育所培养的人力资本对经济增长的贡献率以及各种不同学历层次的人力资本在促进经济增长过程中的不同作用(由于资料不足,2003年、2004年暂不探讨)。经计量分析后指出,教育在华东地区两省一市的经济增长中具有举足轻重的地位,并强调了对高等教育加大投资是关系到该地区未来经济持续、稳定、高速发展的核心环节。

Abstract:The article, based on the foundation of inner economic growth theory and Cobb-Douglas production function model, quantitative studies the contributing ratio of human capital that cultivated by education in the economic development of two provinces and one city in East China during 1990 to 2002. Furthermore, this paper also analyzes the advancing functions to the economic growth of all kinds of human capital with different education degree. At last, this article points out the important role of education in economic development in East China through empirical study and emphasizes it is a core link to the future sustainable, stable and efficient development in this area that we should actively add investments to higher education.
