| 摘 要： | 全国健身计划“要求健全群众体育的基层组织形式，认为体育院校作为体育发展的主力军，通过兴办群众体育俱乐部，充分利用现有体育专业人才和体育场馆设施为社会服务，探讨一种新的群众体育组织形式，来推动全民健身计划的实施和加快体育产业化进程是十分必要和可行的。
