| 摘 要： | 课余体育既是课外教育的重要组成部分，也是学校体育的重要组成部分之一，它为实施素质教育提供了很好的环境与条件，能兼顾素质教育对象的全体性、全面性、创新能力的培养，应重视对学生实施素质教育的另一条重要途径——课余体育。

| Abstract: | there are still many demerits and pities in classroom teaching of physical education. About how to achieve this end, the author of this paper holds that the after-class PE, another way of effecting physical education, should be emphasized, because it is not only an important part of after-class education but also one practical part of school PE, which provides us with a good environment for the application of quality education. |
