| 摘 要： | 篮球队的训练工作是一个在一定特殊的团体中，人与人的交往过程，即教练员与运动员相互作用的过程。运动队的训练成效、竞赛成绩和队的发展很大程度上取决于教练员的才能和个人影响力。从社会和心理视点出发，对篮球教练员个人影响力的若干因素进行了论述与剖析，并阐述了如何运用好这几个因素，为提高篮球教练员在训练和队伍管理等方面水平提供有益的参考。
