| 摘 要： | 对"生态体育城市"进行了引入与探讨,认为生态体育城市是生态体育、生态城市和体育城市三个上位概念的聚合.生态体育城市的建设契合了当前我国建设"生态文明"、"美丽中国"、"健康中国"的基本国策,有利于促进体育生态本源的回归,对城市的发展和市民幸福感提升具有积极的意义.建立了融"生态体育资源"、"资源单位"、"体育治理"、"结果评价"、"制度建设"、"用户享用"于一体的基本分析模型.并指出主体的生态体育意识薄弱、体育内部生态的发展失衡、城市生态体育资源的不足等是制约生态体育发展的重要因素.提出了自然资源驱动、城市交通驱动、传统文化驱动、体育科技驱动的生态体育建设模式.并提出了"公众生态体育意识的培养"、"生态体育资源的整体规划"、"体育生态城市建设的制度建立与完善"、"畅通市民体育需求通道,搭建市民参与机制"等生态体育城市建设推进路径.

Construction of Ecological Sports City Based on Ecological Civilization |

| Abstract: | This paper introduces and discusses the "ecological sports city",and points out that ecological sports city is the aggregation of the three concepts of ecological sports,ecological city and sports city.The construction of eco-sports city conforms to the basic national policy of building "ecological civilization","beautiful China" and "healthy China",which is conducive to promoting the return of the ecological origin of sports,and has positive significance for urban development and citizens'.The basic analysis model of "ecological sports resource","resource unit","sports governance","result evaluation","system construction" and "user enjoyment" is established.And pointed out that the main body of ecological sports awareness is weak,the imbalance between the development of ecological ecology,lack of urban ecological sports resources is an important factor restricting the development of ecological sports.This paper puts forward the ecological sports construction mode driven by natural resources,urban traffic,traditional culture and sports science and technology.And put forward the construction of ecological sports city such as "the cultivation of public ecological sports consciousness","the overall planning of ecological sports resources","the establishment and improvement of sports eco-city construction system","smooth public sports demand channel,build citizen participation mechanism" propulsion path. |
