| 摘 要： | 从生涯体育的形成和发展，以及生涯教育的概念引入，提出可结合两者之所长，将生涯体育教育融入我国体育教学实践中。通过探讨生涯体育教学的实现方式，分析阻碍生涯体育在教学中应用的因素，提出在生涯体育教学实践中可供运用的诸多举措，包括：用生涯体育来转变传统体育观、转变教师教学中的绝对主体角色及运用生涯体育的理念合理配置体育课程等。研究表明学校的生涯体育教育在激发学生自主参与体育锻炼的热情，培养学生的体育情感和积极向上的生活态度，协助个人体育能力终生发展、适应未来环境变迁等方面具有重要意义。

A Study on Lifelong Physical Education in School Teaching Practice |

| Abstract: | This study looks at life-long physical education in school teaching practice. We argue for a combination between lifelong exercise with life-long education. In discussing methods for fulfilling lifelong physical education and analyzing im-pediments involved in teaching applications,the article proposes approaches in school teaching practice to putting life-long physical exercise into effect, including:transforming the traditional outlook on sports to a life-long one, relegating the teacher’s role of the absolute subject,rescheduling the Physical Education Curriculum,etc. We find that lifelong physical education in school teaching practice is important to stimulating students’ enthusiasm for independent participation in phys-ical exercise,as well as developing their favorable feelings for sports and positive attitudes to life. It also can help individu-als develop lifelong physical ability to adapt to future environmental changes and other difficulties. |
