| 摘 要： | 通过对职业足球运动员团队特征的管理学分析,指出职业运动员团队具有复杂性和特殊性的管理学特征,并提出了在对职业足球运动员团队进行研究管理学研究时,必须以职业足球运动员团队特征为基础,将管理学理论与职业足球运动员团队的管理学特征相结合,才能对职业足球运动员团队进行科学和有效的管理,为我国职业足球运动员团队的管理提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the team characteristics of professional footballer,the paper emphasizes the significance of the complicacy and specialization about the team of professional footballer in the field of management.On basis of the team characteristics,the paper brings forward the concept that the management to professional footballers should be based on the team characteristics of professional footballer.It provides theory backing to set up the management system in Chinese professional football. |
