| 摘 要： | 学生体育权的实现具有超越学生阶段的特殊社会意义,与一般体育权不同,学生体育权的主体是学生,直接义务相对人是学校,根本属性是学生的学习权,学生体育权实现的根本目的是增强学生体质,促进人的全面发展。实现学生体育权应当坚持公平原则、效率原则和政府适度干预原则,完善立法,增强学生的体育观念,平衡体育物质资源的分配,并通过学校,传授学生体育技能,保护我国传统的体育文化。

| Abstract: | The realization of the students＇ P.E right has the special social significance,different from the general P.E right.The subject of the students＇ P.E right is the students,the object of the students＇ P.E right is the school,the basic attribute of the students＇ P.E right is the students＇ Learning-Right.its essential objective is enhance students constitution.to advance the integrated development of human.Realizes the students＇ P.E right based on the principles of combining fairness with efficiency,and the moderate intervention of government,perfect correlation laws,enhances the student s ＇ sports idea,rationally distributed sports material resources,and through the school,teaches the students sports skill,protects the traditional Chinese national sports culture. |
