| Abstract: | Concordant society is the goal of building a well-off society,sports associations can play important role on building socialist concordant society,such as communicating the government and the populace and maintaining social stability;undertaking the partial governments function and promoting sports enterprise;serving sports public utility;transferring all positive factors and strengthening the entire social creation vigor. |
