| 摘 要： | 了解南京市某医学院校学生网络成瘾的状况,探索其网络成瘾的相关影响因素,为预防和控制网络成瘾的发生提供科学的依据。采用分层整群抽样的方法对428名医学生进行自填问卷调查。结果医学生网络成瘾检出率为8.41%,网络成瘾学生与非成瘾学生在上网目的方面存在显著性差异。经多因素Logistic回归分析,网络成瘾及其倾向与家庭来源、与父母的沟通、缺课上网、平均每周上网时间有关联。结论为医学生中网络成瘾状况值得重视,必须针对相关因素积极采取有效的预防和控制措施。

| Abstract: | To learn about the prevalence and the related factors of Internet Addiction Disorder(IAD) among medical college students and to provide scientific basis for IAD prevention and control.A cluster random stratified sample of 428 medical college students were investigated with a self-administered questionnaire.Results The Internet addiction rate was 8.41%.Logistic regression analysis indicated that IAD was correlated with family resource,communication with parents,hours per week of internet use.Conclusion The excessive use of the internet has been a notable problem in these students.Some effective measures should be taken immediately to deal with it. |
