中美基础教育体育课程教师培训的比较研究

摘    要:从在职体育教师专业发展的视角,通过文献资料法、逻辑分析与归纳法、比较研究法等研究方法,在简短介绍美国SPARK课程的基础上,全面对比了两国在体育课程师资培训的参与者、培训目标、培训组织方式、培训时间、培训内容以及培训绩效评价等六方面的差异。旨在通过"国际视野、本土行动"的原则,为我国基础教育体育课程改革提供一定的参考与借鉴。

Abstract:From the perspective of professional development about in-service physical education teachers,through the literature and data,logical analysis and inductive method,comparative study of France,and other research methods,this paper briefly describes the United States based on the SPARK program,give a comparative study of teacher training in basic education physical education curriculum between China and the United States with comprehensive and richly,is aimed at the principle of "international vision,local action",to provide some reference to Chinese Physical Education Curriculum Reform of Basic Education.
