| 摘 要： | 以文献资料法、专家访谈法、数据统计法等研究方法对江苏省艺术体操业余体校的人才输送、运动竞赛,教练员队伍建设、场地建设等内容进行了分析研究,指出本省的业余体校是江苏省省队吸纳人才的主要渠道,是我省长期取得优异竞赛成绩的重要保证,并为艺术体操基层队伍建设的进一步发展提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | By employing the methodologies of literature-viewing, expert-interviewing and data-analyzing, the paper first investigated the artistic gymnastics part-time schools in terms of athlete-supplying, sports-competition, coach-construction and ground-building. Accordingly, it points out the local part- time schools are the main approach to reserving athletes and the important guarantee to long-term achievements. The paper ends with corresponding strategies to further development of artistic gymnastics base - team founding in Jiangsu Province. |
