| 摘 要： | 对一元训练理论与二元训练理论的本源、整体概念,一元训练理论论据,身体素质否定论以及早期专项化训练等问题进行了辨析。认为,无论从哲学层面还是竞技能力结构构成层面来看,都不存在一元或二元之分;一元训练理论不具备科学理论的基本特征;从理论和实践的角度否定身体素质是错误的,身体素质是客观存在的;早期专项化训练是符合现代竞技运动训练规律的,但应准确地理解并适当地操作。 |

| Abstract: | Early specialized training,deny of physical fitness,the overall concept,arguments of the unitary training theory and the origin of the unitary training theory and the dualistic training theory was analyzed,also believes that,regardless of the structure constitutes of athletic ability or from philosophical level,does not exist kinds both unitary and dualistic;the unitary training theory do not have the basic characteristics of scientific theories;from the perspective of the theory and practice is wrong to deny physical,physical fitness is an objective;early training is in line with modern athletic training rules,but should be accurately understood and properly operating. |
