| Abstract: | This article preliminarily explores some issues on the administrative penalties in physical culture concerning the subject, the cretetrion , the procedure and the remedy for the administrative penalties in physical culture,etc.Especially, it provides with some active thought and suggestions to the solution and harmonization of the disputes between the concerned provisions of the law of the PRC on Physical Culture and Sports and of the Administrative Penalties Law of the PRC. |
