| 摘 要： | 从调查情况来看，教育实习中产生紧张心里等因素是普遍存在的问题，产生这些现象的原因为：难进角色，场地陌生，心理压力过大，自身教学存在弱点。对此提出4点调控措施：1)．认同教师角色．树立必胜信心；2)．善于创造良好的课堂氛围；3)．增强信心，发挥教育机智。
