| 摘 要： | 我国已经是体育大国，在竞技体育所取得的成绩凸显了体育大国的特征。从竞技体育可持续发展来说，迫切的需要更加重视群众体育的发展。当前群众体育发展得到了诸多的困境：教育制度、城乡二元结构、竞技体育优先发展模式，西方体育文化的强烈冲击。提出了突出路径：深化教育制度改革，增加政府对群众体育的投入，放宽社会资金投入群众体育事业政策、转变体育科研的视角和方向；重视民族传统体育文化的保护与开发，注重乡村体育信息的探索与开发等。
