| 摘 要： | 探讨了我国学校体育效能多元的历史发展过程,指出三维体育观是我国学校体育发展至今的必然选择。在全面剖析学校体育的生物功能、心理功能和社会功能的基础上,从学校体育的效能多元性,透视体育教师的工作特点:1)对学生教育影响的全面性;2)体育教师的教育素质多元性;3)工作环境的开放性;4)体育教师工作广泛性。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the author reviews the history of development of multifactor of PE,and draws a conclusion that it is a certain result that triple-factor idea goes to reality.After analyzing the factors in biology,psychology and socialization,the author sums up the four characteristics of PE teacher's job. |
