| 摘 要： | 就南京承办青奥将对南京市旅游效应的影响进行了辩证的分析,认为其正效应集中体现在：（1）提供就业机会、改善就业,促进南京城市经济的发展;（2）环境方面,促进南京城市基础建设;（3）社会文化方面,提高南京城市的国际知名度。而承办青奥会也将会对南京产生相应的负面效应,主要包括：（1）经济方面：青奥会可能带来南京市土地房价上涨;南京青奥会可能会使南京市的商品物价和生活费用上涨。（2）环境方面：承办青奥会可能带来南京市举办青奥会期间的交通拥堵严重;承办青奥会期间,有可能造成各种垃圾增加,破坏生活环境。（3）社会文化方面：承办青奥会可能带来南京市民不安定感增加;承办青奥会可能打扰南京市民的日常生活。

| Abstract: | What effect model analysis,that ＂tourism effect＂ refers to the tourist destinations of tourism on the economic,social and cultural as well as positive and negative environmental impact.Nanjing in Nanjing will host Youth Olympic tourism effects were both positive and negative aspects of the analysis,that the Nanjing Olympic host the positive effects of green are： economic effects on the positive effects of Nanjing： Nanjing City to promote economic development;Nanjing Youth Olympic host for the strong employment situation improved in Nanjing.（2） environmental effects on the positive effects of Nanjing： Nanjing,host city for Youth Olympic infrastructure;host Youth Olympics would help improve the public＇s environmental awareness in Nanjing;host Youth Olympics would help improve the health situation in the city of Nanjing.（3） Youth Olympic Nanjing,social and cultural effects will be positive effects： Youth Olympic host city will raise the international profile of Nanjing;host Youth Olympics will promote the interaction of Nanjing and world culture;host Youth Olympics will greatly enhance the Nanjing community pride.Nanjing,Nanjing will host Youth Olympic tourism effect of negative effects：（1） Nanjing will host Youth Olympic negative economic effects： Youth Olympics may bring land prices rose in Nanjing;Nanjing Youth Olympics may make Nanjing commodity prices and the rising cost of living.（2）,Nanjing will host Youth Olympic negative effects of the environment： the potential host Youth Olympics held in Nanjing during the Youth Olympic serious traffic congestion;host Youth Olympic period,may cause a variety of waste increase,destroy the living environment.（3） Nanjing Olympic Green will be the negative impact of social culture： Youth Olympic host city residents may bring a sense of increased insecurity;host Youth Olympics may disturb the daily lives of the citizens of Nanjing. |
