| 摘 要： | 江苏男子网球队获得了第十一届全国运动会男子团体首枚金牌，之所以能够取得如此辉煌成绩，这和江苏男子网球队具备的各个方面的制胜因素是密不可分的，江苏男子网球队夺冠制胜的因素主要包括：冬训因素；优化、创新训练系统因素；赛中工作因素。冬训因素主要包括：1）以奋发有为的精神状态积极备战；2）以“创新化”、“个性化”、“科学化”三大训练理念指导冬训；3）以赛带练，促使赛练脱节向新型赛练观转型；4）以复合型训练团队保障的科技备战。优化、创新训练系统因素包括：1）建立新型动态训练模式，促使训练由单一化向多元化转型；2）构建以运动员为核心的训练体系，完善选手个性化培养模式；3）突破传统周期训练模式，建立以小周期板块为主的新型训练模式；4）革新训练理念，促使执教方式由经验型向学术型转型；5）重视专项体能，促使训练体系由低效能向高效能转型。赛中工作主要包括：1）排“难”；2）除“紧”；3）控“玄”。
