| 摘 要： | 主要采用文献资料法、访谈法、数理统计法、逻辑方法等,分析了目前我国体育教练员和裁判员的队伍规模与培训现状,并从教练员和裁判员远程教育培训模式的设想、构建、实施、完善等方面进行了研究,探讨电子信息时代我国体育教练员和裁判员培训的最佳模式,以期能对提高我国体育教练员和裁判员的教学能力、训练指导能力及管理能力起到促进作用。

| Abstract: | The article analyzes the team scale and training situation about coach and referee in China by using literature review, visiting and statistics etc. It researches the possibility, constructing,implementing and developing of the educational pattern and discusses the best pattern in electronic age in order to improve sport professional teaching and training, instructing and management of coach and referee. |
