| 摘 要： | 按照运动训练学理论,运动员的竞技能力由多方面组成。"木桶理论"认为:运动员要想取得优异的运动成绩,需要各方面都达到很高的水平。按照"木桶理论"的说法,如果运动员的某一方面欠缺的话,他的整体竞技水平也就停留在这一较低方面的水平上。结合当代"木桶理论"新的研究结果,对此进行分析和探讨,将有助于建立高水平运动员竞技能力结构的新的更为科学的理论模型。

| Abstract: | According to the theories of sport training,athletes' competitive ability is made up of many sides."Bucker Principle "conclude that athletes must be high in all sides to make excellent achievements.In term of it,if an athlete is lower in a certain side,his whole competitive ability must be in this lower level. To calculate and analyze the theory with a view to new research results of this theory,and we can constitute an more scientific theory model of high level athletes' competitive ability configuration. |
