| 摘 要： | 在回顾终身教育与终身体育概念形成历史的基础上，反思了当前高校体育教育与终身体育教育观相背离的典型现状：1）过分注重技能学习和体能增长，忽视学生精神生活的需要；2）脱离现实生活，缺乏对大学生可能生活的合理构建；3）远离大学生活，偏重学科世界；4）高校体育教学预留给大学生的精神空间狭小。揭示了高校体育教育生活化与终身体育的关联在于，首先，体育教育生活化实现了体育的最高目标一服务于人的生存与发展；其次，体育教育生活化是促进体育生活化的催化剂；再次，唯有根植于生活的，方有可能是终身的。在此基础上，从终身体育教育观的视角，进一步明晰了我国高校体育生活化发展的必然趋势。

| Abstract: | On the base of reviewing the history of development of life - education and life - sports, the author analyzes the situations of our college PE ＇ s deviating from the ideas of life - sports. The author thinks that there are very intense relationship between life - physical education and life sports, first of all, it will do good to realize the highest aim to serve for human＇ s exist and development, second, life physical education is the catalysator to practice the life - sports, third, only is it life - style, it can be life - long. Above all of these, the author puts forward that it is the development tendency to make the college PE life - style at the angle of life - sports. |
