| 摘 要： | 从学校体育学科在“育人”方面所发挥的作用着眼，阐述了学校体育学科的特征、体育教师职业劳动的特殊性和其显性与隐性的价值，并指出了当今社会和学校中重智轻体的现象仍普遍存在，导致体育学科在学样地位较低。同时，期待体育教师的职业劳动和所创价值能得到社会和学校的公正评价。
