| 摘 要： | 随着素质教育目标与要求的提出,体育教育面临着新的挑战,在新的改革形势下,高校健美操教学的改革与发展更应顺应于素质教育的发展,因此提出了高校健美操教学应突出对学生素质教育的培养,在健美操的教学上应注重改革与发展,为健美操教学提出新的构想。
