| 摘 要： | 基于共生理论,运用文献研究、逻辑分析等方法,分析了美国学校体育与竞技体育的关系.体育与教育高度融合、业余性与职业性密切结合、游戏性与商业化有机统一,是美国学校体育与竞技体育的3个基本的共生模式和共生关系特征;美国在共生单元方面建设与完善体育设施,在共生界面方面建立与健全体育管理体系,在共生环境方面制定和出台相关法律法规,为促进学校体育与竞技体育互惠共生提供了有力的保障.我们应学习借鉴美国经验,在国家层面,加强顶层设计和规划;在学校层面,建构完善的"小学-中学-大学"体育课程体系,建构相应的组织体系和完善的体育设施;在竞技体育层面,在运动员的选拔、训练、竞赛和文化学习等方面探索体育与教育融合的有效路径,打通竞技体育与学校体育之间的"绿色通道",建构学校体育与竞技体育互惠共生的良好生态.

A Comparative Study of National Health Strategies in China and the USA |

| Abstract: | Based on the symbiosis theory,this paper analyzes the relationship between school physical education and competitive sports in the USA.The combination of sports and education,of amateurism and professionalism,and of entertainingness and commercialization,are the three basic symbiotic models and features of school physical education and competitive sports in the United States.On the level of the symbiotic unit,sports facilities are built or improved;on the level of the symbiotic interface,sports management systems are established or perfected;and on the level of the symbiotic environment,relevant laws and regulations are laid down to guarantee the symbiosis between school physical education and athletic sports.China can learn from the American experience.On the national level,we should strengthen top-level design and planning.On the school level,we should devise a physical education curriculum system which takes into consideration primary,secondary and tertiary elements,and establish corresponding organizational systems and sports facilities.On the competitive sports level,we should explore effective methods to realize the integration of sports and education in the selection,training,competition and schooling of athletes,paving a green path between sports and school physical education and promoting their symbiosis. |
