| 摘 要： | 通过对我国体育经营活动中存在的问题及体育经营活动相关法规进行分析和研究,认为应当进一步完善国家法规中有关体育经营活动的地方性法规、体育经营活动从业人员资质以及体育经营活动中消费者权益保护等方面的内容。
