新课程理念下高职院校体育教师的角色转换及其策略探析

摘    要:高职院校体育教学必须贯彻"健康第一"的指导思想,这就要求高职院校体育教师在教学现念、教学方式、教学行为等方面实现角色的转换,从执行者转变为合作者,从管理者转变为引路人,从"法官"转变为引导者、设计者,从"教会知识"转移到"教会学习"上。高职院校体育教师应当认清社会对高职教师的角色期望,积极应对新课程变革,避免"穿新鞋、走老路",从而确保课程改革的顺利进行,保证高职院校全面发展人才的培养。

Abstract:The guiding ideology of "Health first" must be used in sports teaching,this ideology reguires tearch must change their roles in concepts methods acts when their procedures The PE teacher should be collaborators guide person and designer rather than implementers.mangers and judge.They should change their role from teaching students knowledge to teach them how to study.PE teacher should understand the expectations of social,face it actively avoid wasting human resource and material to ensure the proceed of new curriculum reform could run smoothly.
