| 摘 要： | 主要就运动训练基本规律中的运动项目规律、运动训练规律、运动适应规律、运动参赛规律和竞赛制胜规律的基本内容与基本关系进行了初步的界定构建。其中,项目规律是训练方向就像＂灯塔＂,是确立训练核心,解决＂练什么＂的方向性问题;训练规律是训练方针就像＂罗盘＂,是优化训练行为,解决＂怎么练＂的针对性问题;运动适应规律主要包括生物、心理和社会方面的身心适应,解决＂练多少＂的操作性问题;运动参赛规律的实质是研究参赛策略,主要包括参赛准备与比赛安排等问题。竞赛制胜规律既受上述运动训练基本规律制约,又有自身的特殊性规律,其竞赛制胜因素表现为复杂性、主次性和能动性。真正意义上对运动训练基本规律的认识还任重道远。

| Abstract: | In this article,the author preliminarily defined and constructed basic contents and reactions of sports project law,sports training law,sports adaption law,sports entry law and contest winning law included in basic laws on sports training.Project law is training direction like lighthouse,which determines training core and resolves orientated question of ＂what＇s the training＂.Training law is training policy like compass,which optimizes training action and resolves targeted question of ＂how is the training＂.Adaption law mainly includes biological,psychological and social body-mind adaption,which resolves operational question of ＂how much is the training＂.Entry law＇s essence is researching the tactics of the race,which mainly includes the race＇s preparation and arrangement.Contest winning law is not only restricted by the sports training basic laws above but also has it＇s specificity,factors of which showed complexity,significance and activity.However,understanding of the true meaning on sports training basic laws has long way to go. |
