| 摘 要： | 近年来，全球重大自然灾害事件不断发生，中国也不例外，如何提高大学生面临自然灾害时的应对能力是值得关注的问题。运用文献资料法、调查法、数理统计法、实验法等方法，依据认知心理学相关理论通过对南京某高校2010级新生开展防灾综合心理训练实验，研究结果：实验组SCL-90总分、躯体化、抑郁、偏执、SAS总分和SDS总分等指标均显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），结论：防灾综合心理训练有助提高大学生心理应激能力。 |
