| 摘 要： | 以知识创新为重要特征的21世纪,对人才培养提出了更高的要求.在素质教育中发挥着重要作用的大学体育,应当形成特色,适应素质教育的要求,转变和更新教育思想和人才观念,深化体育教学改革,加强教师素质建设,发挥大学体育的文化功效作用,以积极的姿态走进新世纪.
