| 摘 要： | 健康教育是包括传统体育教学内涵更广的新学科，是高校教育中培养现代化高素质人才的必要环节。本通过分析高校体育教学的现状以及健康教学的内涵和重要性，提出了体育教学向健康教育转变的观点。并从基础教育的素质教育方面的加强以及高校相关师资力量等方面分析了这种改革实行的可行性。

And the possibility of practicing this reform is studied in several aspects. |
