| 摘 要： | 通过对南京高校教师参与体育健身现状的问卷调查分析,结果显示南京市《全民健身计划纲要》的实施在高校教师中呈“两头好、中间差”的现象,分析了其原因,认为在于:①老年教师自觉坚持,组织得力;②中年高校教师运动严重不足;③高校青年教师参加体育锻炼的热情高涨。

| Abstract: | Through the investigation and analysis of the questionnaire about participating in the sports fitness present situation of the Nanjing college teachers,it was found that "All the people Fitness Plan Summary" implementation assumed "two sides are good,the middle is bad" phenomenon in the college teachers.According to this situation,the reason is analyzed and the solution and the method are proposed to cause the attention of the college teachers and the correlative departments. |
