| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、逻辑演绎法等方法分析边区体育发展的历史动因和历史价值，目的在于揭示其发展与繁荣的历史必然性，准确把握当代体育发展的历史逻辑，并从中获得历史借鉴和启示。陕甘宁边区体育的发展与繁荣，抗日战争与民族意识的觉醒为其提供了精神动力，领导身体力行与专业组织的成立为其提供了组织保障，自己动手丰衣足食的方针与大生产运动为其提供了物质基础，专门的培训机构与体育人才的培养为其提供了技术支持。陕甘宁边区体育具有军事化、大众化和常态化特点，其历史价值在于：增强了军民的体质，提高了部队战斗力；促进了边区人民的空前团结，凝聚了民族力量；为新中国体育的发展开辟了新的路径，积累了宝贵的经验，提供了人才支持和技术基础。陕甘宁边区体育的发展启示我们：当代体育的发展不仅需要崇高的理想来引领、健全的组织来领导、专业的人才来支撑、先进的文化来保障，而且必须具有鲜明的服务“健康中国”“美丽中国”的时代主题和服务服务于广大普罗大众的价值取向。

The Historical Value and Practical Significance of Sports Development of the Shan GanNing Border Region |

| Abstract: | By using the method of literature,logical deductive method,this paper analyzes the history of the development of the border area sports motivation and historical value. Its purpose is to reveal the historical inevitability of its development and pros-perity,to grasp the historical logic of the development of contemporary sports,and to obtain historical reference and inspiration. The development and prosperity of sports of the Shan GanNing border region,the war of resistance against Japan and the national consciousness awakening to provide spiritual power and leadership personally with professional organizations established to pro-vide organizational guarantee,the policy of do-it-yourself mindset and the great production movement to provide the material foundation,specialized training institutions and sports talents training to provide technical support. Sports of the Shan GanNing border region has militarized,popularized and normalized characteristics,its historical value is that enhancing the army’s phy-sique,improving the combat effectiveness of the armed forces;promoting the border area people’s unprecedented unity,cohesion of the nation power;opening up a new path diameter for the development of sports in New China,accumulating valuable experi-ence,providing talents and technical foundation. The experience and enlightenment of the Shan GanNing border region sports de-velopment is that sports development needs the lofty ideals to lead,sports development needs a sound organization to lead,profes-sional talents to support,advanced culture to protect. The development of Shan GanNing Border Region Sports inspires us:The development of contemporary sports not only needs to have lofty ideals to guide,the leadership of a complete organization,the support of professional talents,and the guarantee of advanced culture,And must have a distinctive service,“healthy China”“beautiful China”the theme of the times and Service in the broad masses of the people’s value orientation. |
