| 摘 要： | 从学校改革与实践出发，以高校体育运动为研究对象，对高校学生体育运动与健康促进等相关问题作了理论探索与实践研究。研究结果为：通过运动方式的系统设计，达到改进、完善高校体育活动文化圈，构建高校体育运动模式，使高校体育达到“阳光体育运动”要求，真正实现学生体质健康水平的提升。
