| 摘 要： | 教师是职业倦怠的高发人群,通过对江苏省184名农村小学体育教师的职业倦怠情况的调查发现:目前江苏省农村小学体育教师的职业倦怠整体处于中等偏高水平,情绪衰竭较为突出,女性教师情绪衰竭程度较高,男性教师表现出较低的个人成就感。随着教龄的延长,职业倦怠呈逐渐升高然后逐渐下降的趋势,6-10年教龄的教师职业倦怠最为严重,本科学历和小学中级职称的教师容易产生职业倦怠。

| Abstract: | The teachers are high-risk groups developing the problem of job burnout.A survey of the job burnout condition about 184 elementary school physical education teachers in rural areas in Jiangsu Province reveals that at present the job burnout condition of these teachers is on a upper high level with the prominent emotional exhaustion problem,in which female teachers have a high level of emotional exhaustion and male teachers shows low levels in the sense of personal achievement.With the increase in the school... |
