| 摘 要： | 对江苏省第十六届运动会高校竞技健美操比赛的25支参赛队伍的教练员进行了全面、系统地调查,分析了江苏省高校竞技健美操教练员队伍的现状,找出影响因素并提出相关建议,结果显示:1)江苏省高校竞技健美操教练员队伍的年龄结构总体趋于年轻化;2)江苏省高校竞技健美操教练员队伍的学历层次呈现集中化,职称结构较合理;3)江苏省高校竞技健美操教练员参加培训和进修的机会偏少,尤其是基层和经济不发达地区的教练员所占比例较大。

| Abstract: | The 16th session Games of the Competitive Aerobics of the 25 teams coaches conducted a thorough,systematic survey of colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province,and analyzing the situation about coaches' teams of the Competitive Aerobics in Jiangsu universities,to find out the affecting factors and come up with the corresponding advise,the results show that: 1) The age structure of the Aerobics coaches' teams in Jiangsu University is generally tend to younger.2) The Aerobics coaches' teams in Jiangsu University have the decentralizative academic levels.3) The training and learning opportunities of Aerobics coaches' teams in Jiangsu University is less,especially the coaches at the grassroots level and economic underdeveloped areas is in a larger proportion. |
