| 摘 要： | 从法律与实践的角度对中国足协的性质进行分析 ,认为中国足协作为登记注册的非营利性社团法人 ,从事着管理经营如足球职业联赛等各种商业活动 ,并从中获取利润。同时 ,中国足协经《体育法》授权 ,也拥有全面管理全国足球运动发展的行政职能。中国足协做出的处罚行为是不平等主体之间的行政处罚行为。中国足协是具有行政管理职能的社团法人。
