| 摘 要： | 分析了我国体育教育的新形势，认为在新的体育与健康教育背景下，客观上需要有新的教学方式方法与之相匹配。在阐述认知心理学有关认知理论的基础上，从认知心理理论出发，提出了我国现行体育教育必须注重的一些问题：体育教师教学主宰角色向教学引导角色转换；体育教学必须注重学习者已有认知结构，并充分加以利用；注重了解学生，尊重学习者间的个体差异；教师应注重激发学习者内在认知动机。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the situation of our PE teaching, the author thinks that we need the new PE teaching method to fit the new idea of PE teaching. Using the theory of psychology of cognition, the author puts forward some advice for PE teacher about how to do their work in the new background. |
