放松训练对体育院校游泳运动员训练后心境及心率影响的实验研究

摘    要:主要采用实验法探讨不同的放松训练方法对游泳运动员训练后恢复情况的影响。研究发现,渐进放松训练作为运动领域中心理技能训练的常用方法之一,不仅能促进心率的恢复,而且这种效果可以持续一段时间,有助于运动员第二天能更好地投入到训练和比赛中,并会对运动员的心境产生一定的影响,能有效降低运动员心境状态中的消极因素(紧张、愤怒、疲劳和慌乱),提高其积极因素(精力和自尊)。

Abstract:The method of experiment was applied to probe into the effects of relaxation exercise on the recovery of swimmer after training. The result shows that as the foundation of mental training, progressive training is one of the most important way for athlete recovery, can facilitate heart rate recovery not only after the treatment ,but also lasted until a long time, At the same time , progressive training improve the mood state . It decreases bad factor in swimmer' s frame of mind ( for instance, strain, outrage, fatigue, fluster ) and increases swimmer' s energy and pride.
