| 摘 要： | 分析了目前世界上存在的两大体育运行体制,即国家行政协调体制与社会自我协调体制,以及两种亚类。指出随着我国计划经济向市场经济过度,我国政治体制也在发生变革,由此必然导致体育体制的变革。在分析我国体育内外环境的基础上,提出我国体育体制改革的动向:1)传统的国家行政垂直协调体制向有宏观控制的社会自我协调体制转化;2)以市场为导向,注重体育立法,健全体育法规;3)体育体制改革顺应体育市场开发与发展要求。
