| 摘 要： | 通过对体育软实力和南京青奥会精神的解读,认为承办南京青奥会,弘扬奥运精神,对南京城市体育软实力的影响具体体现在：（1）让南京城市广大市民真正了解体育锻炼的意义,提高健身意识,成为推动南京城市体育文化发展的精神动力;（2）青奥会的举办可以更好地把中国传统体育精神传达给外国朋友,使中国传统文化重新焕发新魅力,促进中华体育精神在新世纪、新时期的弘扬;（3）南京青奥会卓越、友谊、尊重的奥林匹克精神将带动南京公共体育精神的巨大飞跃;（4）青奥会所特有的青少年教育功能,将为南京城市营造了良好的竞赛氛围、文化氛围、体育人文氛围,有力促进社会的和谐发展。提出借青奥会之东风,提升南京城市体育软实力的策略选择：（1）利用青奥会契机,重视南京城市营销,提升南京城市体育文化辐射力;（2利用青奥会契机,进一步弘扬中国传统优秀文化,以保护整理文化遗产为核心,提升文化传承力;（3）以青奥会为契机,以＂文化名牌＂打造为重任,提高文化创新力。

| Abstract: | Through the interpretation about the sport of soft power and the spirit of Olympic,the article thinks that the impact of soft power embodied in：（1） the Youth Olympic games promote the spiritual power of development of sports culture in Nanjing.（2） the Youth Olympic games promote the Chinese sports spirit in the new era.（3） The Olympic spirit promote the spirit of Nanjing a quantum leap in public sports.（4） the Education function for the Nanjing city created a good atmosphere,effectively promote the harmonious development of society.The strategy of proposed to improve the soft power of Nanjing city：（1） the use of Youth Olympic opportunity,attention to marketing the city of Nanjing,to enhance sports culture radiation;（2 use of the Youth Olympic opportunity to further promote China＇s traditional culture,enhance the cultural heritage force;（3） use of the Youth Olympic opportunity to improve the culture of innovation. |
