| 摘 要： | 解读＂举国体制＂和竞技体育＂举国体制＂。将竞技体育＂举国体制＂从纵向上大致区分为三个阶段：1949年至1979年计划模式竞技体育＂举国体制＂的＂创建成型期＂;1979年至2008年竞技体育＂举国体制＂的市场成分逐步增加的＂转轨前期＂;2008年以后的＂转轨后期＂。本着这样的划分,从：＂举国体制＂和竞技体育＂举国体制＂的解读（性质、特点、形成过程和功绩）;竞技体育＂举国体制＂在转轨前期遭遇的挑战和对策;转轨后期竞技体育＂举国体制＂改革的基本思路和举措等三个方面阐述＂坚持和完善竞技体育‘举国体制’＂这一命题。在社会主义市场经济条件的大背景下论述了转轨后期模式转换的基本思路与对策,并列举了七大系统的完善竞技体育＂举国体制＂的具体对策。
