| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,承担着为社会开发劳动力资源、直接向社会输送实用型人才的重任,高职教师队伍建设是关系到高职院校生存与发展,这就决定了它对教师队伍建设有着特殊的要求。只有科学、合理地调整和完善高职教师的学历、知识、能力结构,构建高职教师可持续发展的质量保障体系,努力提升高职师资整体素质和激发高职师资内在潜能,建设一支师德高尚、素质优良、结构优化、教育观念新、改革意识强、具有较高教学水平和较强实践能力、专兼结合的教师队伍,才能使高等职业教育教学质量得到全面提高。
