| 摘 要： | 商业是CBD功能的重要组成部分,而商业集聚是现代CBD发展的重要经济学特征。本文以近年来国内CBD商业集聚方面的研究文献为基础,对CBD商业集聚的内涵、形态、基本特征、集聚效应、动力机制、实证分析以及相关政策进行理论综述和简短评价,以寻求对CBD商业集聚更加深入的探讨。
