| 摘 要： | 介绍1+X证书制度的实施背景,诠释1+X证书制度的内涵,以跨境电商B2 B数据运营职业技能等级证书在高职院校中的实施情况为例,分析当下高职院校在产教融合背景下实施1+X证书过程中存在的问题及面临的挑战,提出高职院校"七位一体"的1+X证书制度实施策略,指出只有将职业技能等级证书的培训与高职院校的学历教学过程相融合,才能提升职业教育的人才质量.
