骑浪/横甩薄弱性衡准的评估方法

摘    要:针对目前国际海事组织(International Maritime Organization,IMO)正在讨论制定的第二代完整稳性衡准草案中的骑浪/横甩这一稳性失效模式,研究第二层薄弱性衡准评估方法.基于波浪理论计算波浪纵荡力,运用Melnikov方法预报骑浪临界值,采用数值分析方法求解推力和阻力平衡方程,开发骑浪/横甩第二层薄弱性衡准的计算程序.结果表明,C11集装箱船计算结果与IMO给出的参考值相差3%.该方法可为建立新一代完整稳性的衡准技术框架提供参考.

Assessment method of vulnerability criteria for surf-riding and broaching-to

Abstract:Aiming at the failure mode, surf riding and broaching to, of the draft about the second generation intact stability criteria that is currently being discussed by International Maritime Organization (IMO), the assessment method of the level 2 vulnerability criteria is researched. The wave surging force is calculated based on the wave theory, the critical value of surf riding is predicted by Melnikov method, the equilibrium equations of thrust and resistance are solved by numerical analysis methods, and the program is developed to calculate the level 2 vulnerability criteria for surf riding and broaching to. The final results show that the difference between the calculation results of vulnerability criteria of C11 container ships and the results given by IMO is just 3%. This method can offer reference for building the technological framework of the new generation intact stability criteria.
