| 摘 要： | 为给解决中国船东互保协会(简称中船保)存在的竞争力问题提出合理化建议,以13家国际保赔协会和中船保为样本,在借鉴与一般保险公司竞争力相关研究成果的基础上,建立保赔协会竞争力评价指标体系.运用主成分分析法,对样本进行竞争力的比较排名.结果显示,中船保竞争力排名第一,但其背后隐藏着未加入国际保赔协会的巨大风险,这也导致许多中国船舶所有人无法加入中船保.建议:(1)中船保审慎放宽船舶所有人入会条件;(2)加强合作,使中船保实现国际化;(3)从政府的角度,引入新的竞争者.

| Abstract: | To provide rational suggestions for the existing competitiveness of China Shipowners Mutual Assurance Association (Protection & Indemnity Club in China, CPI), 13 foreign P&I Clubs and CPI are chosen as samples to establish a competitiveness estimation index system of P&I Clubs according to correlative research on competitiveness of general insurance companies. Competitiveness comparison and ranking of the samples are made by principal component analysis. The results show that CPI has the strongest competitiveness; however, there exists a very high risk due to the fact that CPI has not joined International Group of P&I Clubs so that many Chinese shipowners can not join CPI. Suggestions are the following: (1) CPI should relax the conditions for membership to absorb more members. (2) CPI should strengthen cooperation to achieve internationalization. (3) New competitors should be introduced from the perspective of the government. |
